First Prize at the Panhellenic architectural competition 2006 in the category of design. The proposal was appointed second after the opening of the financial offers. The proposal incorporates the existing Bouzianis residence and its open-air spaces as a complete and independent building unit with its backyard. This yard is integrated to the new designed open-air space of greater dimensions, thus forming a new central yard. This new public space is vital to the proposed building complex of existing and new premises and their interrelation as distinct but cooporating functions.
