The Municipal Hall is a strong and familiar landmark, a living part of the city and the focal point of social and political activity in Arkalochori. The design follows a kinetic zig-zag expansion of points and lines. The building functions are organised in two main L-shaped wings that configure open-air and public spaces of movement and social gatherings.
