Apartments Block in Chalkida. 2005-2007

The apartments block has been constructed in terms of the typical Greek financing system of “antiparochi”. The design does not evade the triangular shape of the plot; instead, it makes use of it by applying it in top view. The triangular plan expands between the two main building lines followed by a sequence of bearing walls that configure the zones of terraces and open-air spaces..
