Located in the dense urban fabric of Palaio Faliro, the apartments block is constructed in terms of the typical Greek financing system of “antiparochi”. The building consists of 10 floors with apartments of one or two levels. The staircase is located in the side façade of the building and stand out as sharp vertical cylinder. The design makes use of bare concrete as main material for the structural elements and most of the exterior walls.
