The key characteristic of the residence is the central living space of the atrium located at the focal point of its spaces. During the summer it allows for natural cooling, while in the winter it functions as a natural lighting source. The plan configurated in U-shape revolves around the atrium. The entrance to the residences is made through this inner yard, which is also a reference to the clasical housing typology and the traditional Athenian residences.
